i m afraid of napfa. mine is on the 28 JULY which is like 2 weeks later.
i m in deep shit.
i fucking terrified of PULL-UPSSSSSSS
( sssss r stressed cuz i need to do like 6-8 of them)
* i m like aiming for a gold or silver cuzi dun wanna enter army so soon.
my only form of exercise was DANCE for the past one year.
( if u consider dancing a form of workout)
i dunno how prepared i m. some of my dance senior say can whack one. i hope so.
pull up- my ultimate enemy.
2.4km- i m placing all hopes on my LONGS LEGS. i hope they can perform well tt day
sit ups- i guess doing 100 plus crunches per dance class helps??
sit n reach- i hope the endless stretching session in dance lesson helps?
must rmb the breathing technique ann taught us (: put it to gd use.
standing board jump- i m also placing all hopes in my LONG LEGS. i m a frog* self-psycho
shutter run- i hope i dun fall. does hitting and-count fast hepls ?? haha it's reflex wad
